Ayudas para la financiación de circulante de PIMES

La Conselleria de Comerç, Industria i Energia ha publicado en el BOIB una convocatoria de subvenciones a PIMES que hayan formalizado préstamos de circulante.
Se puede pedir subvención para los siguientes conceptos:
Gastos iniciales apertura del préstamo y de los gastos de estudio para la concesión de aval.
100% gastos con la limitación del 0,50% sobre el importe avalado.
Coste del aval
100% coste del aval el primer año.
Limitación 0,75% sobre el importe avalado.
50% segundo a quinto año.
Limitación 0,375% sobre el importe avalado.
Intereses del préstamo
1 punto de interés sobre un máximo de 30.000 € empresas de comercio y servicios y 100.000 € empresas industriales.
Pero no todo son buenas noticias:
- Sólo pueden pedir la ayuda las PIMES que tengan un préstamo con el aval de ISBA. Si se tiene un préstamo ya concertado sin aval hay que cancelarlo y constituir un nuevo con aval ISBA (además préstamos formalizados antes del 15 de diciembre de 2007 tampoco entran).
- El préstamo ha de ser para circulante, las empresas con préstamos para inversión no pueden solicitar esta ayuda.
- Han de ejercer alguna de las actividades incluidas en ciertos epígrafes del IAE, siempre dentro del sector comercio, servicios e industria. La lista detallada de epígrafes la podéis encontrar en la resolución publicada en el BOIB.

Mi pregunta es la siguiente: En Noviembre solicite una ayuda para abrir un negocio de una Franquicia de Informatica a traves de AVALIS y ahora estoy un poco con el agua al cuello, tanto que estoy planteandome tirar la toalla, ¿ me podria veneficiar de alguna ayuda para coger un poco de aire?

La consulta que planteas te la respondemos como si fuese una empresa de reciente constitución que realiza su actividad en las Islas Baleares.
Habría dos líneas de actuación, la de liquidez y la de promoción de nuevas empresas.
1. Ayudas financieras

Avales para préstamos de circulante
Avales para préstamos de reestructuración financiera
Avales para pólizas de crédito
2. Ayudas para nuevas empresas
Ayudas para los sectores del comercio y de los servicios. Modernización
Antes tendrás que comprobar si el epígrafe de IAE en el que estás dado de alta coincide con la relación que la CAIB. Posibilidad de conseguir una subvención a fondo perdido por ciertos conceptos de inversión.
Ayudas destinadas a la promoción del empleo autónomo
Una cantidad por darte de alta de autónomo individual o vinculado a una comunidad de bienes y una bonificación sobre los intereses del préstamo, si se cumplen ciertas condiciones.
